Kill Devil Hills – Nancy Anne DiGangi, 59, died on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at a Virginia hospital. Nancy was a three time cancer survivor who overcame a lot with the help of her faith and her family. She stayed very busy raising two of her beloved grandchildren, had been a home schooling mom for quite a few years, had served on the Board of Directors of P.A.T.H. home school group for two consecutive terms in years past, and was a member of Liberty Christian Fellowship Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She always went out of her way to be there for others.

Nancy was born on September 18, 1950 in New Jersey; she came to live on the Outer Banks in 1997. She was predeceased by both her parents, Andrew and Mary Bulna. Nancy is survived by her daughter Sabrina Young of Kill Devil Hills, grandchildren Andrew and Allie Griffin of the home, son Jeffrey Griffin and grandchildren Briana and Chase Griffin of New Jersey, two sisters Debra Minieri and Linda Bulna and a brother Joe Bulna all of New Jersey.

There will be a memorial service for Nancy on Sunday, July 18^th at 4pm at Liberty Christian Fellowship (244 Williams Drive, off Colington Road) Donations can be made, in honor of Nancy, to benefit Andrew and Allie Griffin, made payable to "Sabrina Young" at Southern Bank P.O.
